We came back yesterday from Schulenberg in the mountains and today is our last day in Braunschweig. As with any other day so far in Germany, I got up at around noon. We had breakfast of bread, cheese, yogurt, jam, salmon, mozzarella, etc. Eugene spent the morning helping Valia with DVDs and the computer. While we had breakfast, the neighborhood cat stopped by to visit.
Today, we are planning to visit one of Eugene's distant relatives in Hannover. Eugene has recently become very interested in tracing his family's ancestry, and he is going to interview this distant relative. We also might stop by in Braunschweig center. Tomorrow we leave by train for Berlin to continue our travels.
