Smoked Salmon Bagel at Highwheeler Cafe, Baddeck, NS

Finally, some NOVA SCOTIA lox! It turns out it's not actually that common here, and most locals have no idea what lox is or why you would put smoked salmon on a bagel. Maybe it's kind of like going to France to eat the french fries.
