Tidal flats at Blomidon
Blomidon juts out into the Bay of Fundy, which is home to the famous tides of Fundy. The world's highest tides have been recorded here (16ft) and at low tide, the water recess so much that you are essentially walking on the ocean floor. We got to the beach 2 hours after low tide and you can see how far the shoreline is.
