Beach Run

I just went for a 4 mile run followed by a dip in the sea, not a bad way to start the day. It was pretty hot running in the sun, but the swim made it all worthwhile. We rented two beach chairs and a parasol for €26 for the day. Kind of a necessity because I prefer to stay out of the sun and it's impossible to lie directly on the pebble beach.
